A Home Inspection is a VISUAL inspection to determine
 the condition of the systems and components of the home
at the time of the inspection. 

I inspect the following; garage, grounds, exterior, roof, 
electrical, all interior rooms, basement/crawlspace,
plumbing, heating/cooling, and attic.

Being a Professional Home Inspector,  I adhere to the
Standards of Practice as set forth by the  Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors(CAHPI).

I provide a 35 page easy-to-read comprehensive report ON-SITE, at the time of the inspection. I review the report ON-SITE with the clients to point out anything that they may not understand and answer their questions.

An inspection usually takes approximately 4 hours
(no rush jobs) depending on the age, layout
and square footage of the home.
